On the Road...Fron Interfaces to Consumers
This is the thirteenth in the series of biennial European conferences dedicated to the área of food colloids.
This conference will be hosted by the Biocolloids and Fluids Physics Groups of the University of Granada, and co-organized by the University of Granada.
Food Colloids is a multidisplinary topic that brings together scientists from many diferents áreas. The aim of the conference is to present the state of the art on a number of fast evolving questions and to promote discussions and interactions between researchers involved in different fields of food colloids. This series aims to emphaise the importance of approaching the subject from different perspective; from the fundamental physical-chemistry to the nutritional and consumer aspect of the food product.
